The end of COVID-19 Restrictions has meant the return to the office for many of us. This big change in the morning routine can be quite unsettling. In many households with small children introducing new changes may be causing some anxiety.

If you are returning to the workplace, or if it’s time to consider childcare options for your toddler, there are a few simple and practical ways that can make this transition easier for you both.  Simple tips like making a visual story, spotting the “rumbling signs” and using reward charts, can help make the busy morning routine easier. All change is difficult for adults and children alike, so remember that you are not alone in this.
