The myToddler-Talk passport supports parents, guardians and early educators to track their child's early milestone development in 6/7 crucial domains/building blocks .These domains are:
- Visual Tracking
- Imitation
- Joint Attention/Attention
- Receptive Language (Understanding)
- Expressive Language (Speaking)
- Play Skills
- Social Skills
These domains/building blocks can be tracked at seven milestone stages of development. The Toddler Talk passport will create a developmental milestone profile for your child. The myToddler-Talk passport can be used by you to:
- track your child's milestone development progress
- identify activities from the Toddler Talk Activity Box to support further development
- share with other early childhood development professionals.
The myToddler Talk passport spans seven milestone stages of development.
- Stage 1: 0-3 months
- Stage 2: 4-6 months
- Stage 3: 7-12 months
- Stage 4: 13-18 months
- Stage 5: 19-24 months
- Stage 6: 25-30 months
- Stage 7: 31-36 months

The Toddler Talk passport will create a developmental milestone profile for your child. The myToddler-Talk passport can be used by you to
- track your child's milestone development progress

- share with other early childhood development professionals.
Ongoing support to develop the 6/7 domains/building blocks is crucial for optimal Speech, Language, Social-Emotional and Communication development Following a period of 6-8 weeks using the “How To Help” Activity Box, parents can re-visit the myToddlerTalk Passport to update progress and develop new and simple targets for domains that may require further support. It is envisaged that parents can use the myToddlerTalk Passport when they are communicating with HSE support agencies and other early childhood professionals.
