When we imitate a sound, we want to imitate the sound, the number of times and if it was loud or quiet.
Imitating sounds in repetition can help develop accuracy, muscle memory and awareness.
Level 1) Have your child imitate after you say a /t/ sound for each tiger on the card.
Level 2) Have your child imitate the /t/ sound syllables.
a) Vowel sounds are: 'ah' 'uh' 'oo' "E" 'au' 'eh' 'ih'
b) Vowel combinations are: "I" "O" "A" 'ou' 'oy'
Level 3) **turn on your speakers** Both you and your child imitate the syllables you hear when you turn the cards back over to hide the picture.
YOU CAN HEAR THE SOUNDS AGAIN JUST BY PRESSING THE KEY ANOTHER TIME!
