All of the hidden pictures use the same ending syllable. Keeping the end syllable the same each time helps us have a pattern to the words we are practicing.
Some of our strategies include marking the syllables with two hand movements or two taps, a pause between the syllables can give our mouths time to practice the two different syllables, too.
Move the mouse over the picture. Can you find:
TEDDY (under sun)
DIRTY (under dad's shirt)
POTTY (under balloon)
MUDDY (under grass on left)
Remember, say the words aloud to practice your sounds.
***BONUS***
Once your child shows you s/he is ready (saying words readily, accurately immitating you, maybe saying sometimes with less help), then we will add some variety:
1) Listening: Does your child notice the pattern change when you model happy?
2) Imitating: Does your child try the pattern change?
