Parents, have your child point to the picture and you move the mouse. Move the mouse down the columns with, "Find he," so that you do not activate the pictures until you get a response.
Other variations include:
Tell me which one is it: He is swimming or She is swimming...
I'll tell you about this one, she is brushing and... he is swimming.
What is he doing/tell me about this one. He is swimming.
Remember, have your child practice at a level where it is fun but also a challenge! What cues do you provide to help your child?
